Use TIP!:
After some flattening, place the ring so that the stretch is down and towards the anus. The rings should be placed on the penis in a semi-rigid position so that the larger diameter ring will include the testicles, but the smaller ring will only include the penis. Pull the device up to the balls of the penis.
