Use:
Simply place the small bells firmly on the nipples, clitoris or entire pubic area so that they are in close contact with the body, no air escapes (one at a time). Attach the pump handle and pull the trigger of the lever with two fingers to create a vacuum, you can then remove the pump handle as the vacuum is held in place by the bell. The vacuum can be easily released with the small drain valve.
