Use:
Remove the shrink wrap (perforated on the side) from the product and then remove the bottom cap.
With ample lubrication, the penis is stimulated and massaged to different effect in each section through the pleasantly narrow but flexible opening into the tunnel.

Each side is fitted with a variety of spiked, spherical rings that further enhance the intensity of stimulation as they slide along, in and out, either side of the male member.
The tunnel ends in a pleasure cup that completely encircles the acorn.
