Here's what to look out for:

Use:
Simply hold in the vagina and perform pressure release exercises, repeating for a maximum of 15 minutes.

Start with the single ball, use for 15 minutes a day for 1-2 weeks.
Then continue with the 79g ball duo for 15 minutes a day for a further 2-3 weeks.
Once you're more advanced, you can move up to the heaviest, 92g ball duo, and do 15 minutes of exercise a day for 1 month.
