TIP!:
After lubrication, place the vibrator in the sleeve with the control facing outwards.
The vibrator should be inserted with the tip facing upwards, with the tip facing downwards.

When ready, turn on the E-Stim function, which stimulates muscles and nerves. The experience can be very varied, from a tingling sensation on the skin's surface to mild muscle twitches. The effect is highly dependent on the parameters set.

Control:

The device has 4 buttons.

• Pressing the button with the circle symbol activates the vibration of the device - indicated by LED light. Pressing the LED with a circular button will indicate the vibration mode. To switch off the function, press and hold the button.
• Pressing the button with the arrow will start the E-Stim function - LED illuminated. Pressing further will toggle between vibration modes. To switch off the function, press and hold the button.
  When the LED turns green, the pelvic floor exercise function is on.
• The + and - buttons allow you to adjust the E-Stim intensity in 10 steps.
• To switch the key lock on and off: the circle button and the arrow button must be pressed and held down simultaneously for about 3 seconds - when the key lock is switched on, the LED lights will flash briefly.
