Controls on the pamper:

When you press the centre power button briefly, the top edge of the appliance will start flashing white and after 3 seconds the first programme will start. Press the same button again to start the motors and switch between modes.
To the left and right of the power button you will find a "+" and a "-" button. These buttons can be used to increase or decrease the intensity of a mode. Be careful, the pamper starts on a stronger setting at start-up, so don't be alarmed if you suddenly feel it's too intense, feel free to turn it down.
You can switch the device off by pressing the centre button for a longer time.
