Controls:
Press the longer button once to start the stem vibration, then press again to switch between the 12 vibration modes of the stem. Press and hold to turn off the stem vibration.
Press the small round button once to start the vibration of the swing arm and press it again to adjust the vibration to 3 levels of intensity. Press and hold to deactivate the vibration.

Press and hold both buttons simultaneously to switch off the device completely.
