Usage:
After lubricating, insert the vibrator into the vagina so that the vibrator's tickle arm is facing you and upwards.
First just play around with small tiny in and out movements, then penetrate fully, adjusting the clitoris stimulator lever so that it rests nicely on the pubic mound.

Controls:
