Usage:
-clean skin thoroughly (free of oils, creams)
-remove the protective film of the Gala Bra
-carefully place the baskets and padding of the Gala Bra on the breasts, from the bottom up, making sure that the baskets are in place
-carefully and evenly align the side adhesive flaps on both sides of the torso
-gently press the baskets and side wings against the skin, then smooth the glue all the way through for a secure, optimum hold
