GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.1. Formation of agreement and placing an order:
Customers of the products of lovesexshop.eu web shop must be over the age of 18 years old and have full legal capacity! Every product (especially creams, lubricants, oils) are to be kept out of reach of children.

Orders at lovesexshop.eu are to be placed electronically via the internet at the site www.lovesexshop.eu. Orders by phone, fax, e-mail or postal mail are not accepted.

To place an order, click on the „cart” link next to the product you want to buy. By filling in the order form you finalize and dispatch your order. To facilitate future shopping and to acquire special discounts, buyers must register.

Ordered products are delivered normally within 2-3 business days if they are in stock. Deliveries are between 9a.m. – 5p.m.

100% discretion is guaranteed. Products are shipped in standard air cushioned bags with an address sticker. Personal data is held confidentially.

Sizes

Very important to check the sizes. Please, carefully select the size, because due to hygenic reasons lovesexshop.eu does not exchange erotic lingerie.

Gifts
Every order reaching €30 on lovesexshop.eu automatically qualifies for a free gift. You can only have 1 gift per order.

2.1.Warranty is applied to all products, it is specified by the product type and it conforms with the relevant, actual legislation. (Civil Code and Act of 117/1991. (IX.10.))

2.2. General warranty is applied on all clothing and sex toys. It is hightly recommended that upon receipt of the order and before using them the first time, carefully check the conformity of the item(s) received. Do NOT tear apart and throw away original product packaging. In case of return, items must be in good condition, unused and in the original packaging. Lovesexshop.eu reserves the right to refuse the refund in case of violation of product/packaging conditions (used product, torn packaging). Lingerie and any used item or item without original packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded (due to hygenic reasons and Act of 17/99. (II.5.) § 5, point C), with the sole exception of unused items with defects in quality/condition. The above Act does not apply to outerwear.

2.3. Lovesexshop.eu only sells original, new products.

2.4. Lovesexshop.eu only exchanges the item if it is proven defectous.

3. ORDER AND DELIVERY (ordering in more details)

3.6. Delivery fee within the EU is € 4.95, which is automatically added to your order. There is no delivery fee on orders above €80. Delivery is performed by third party courrier companies and their fee is invoiced to the customers of lovesexshop.eu.

3.7. Those products whose price is set to €0 (zero) are out of stock.

3.8. The site is only available for clients over 18 years old!

3.9. Prices on the site are gross prices including VAT.

3.10. Payment can be made by cedit/debit card/Paypal or payment-upon-delivery to the courrier

3.11. Please, make sure you provide correct phone numbers, as we arrange delivery by phone with our clients. In case of incomplete information, we are not able to carry out your order.

3.12. Delivery is only available within the EU.

4. . RIGHT of WITHDRAWAL and RETURN POLICY

4.1. . Client can withdraw from the contract within 15 business days without justification on the following conditions:

• Right of withdrawal and return is valid for every product ordered (exceptions: lingerie, massage oil, adult accessories, cometics, erotic games) returned in an opened/un-opened state to lovesexshop.eu.
• In case of adult accessories, the right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging and the protective foil are un-opened, meaning that the product has not yet been used.
• The right of withdrawal is not applied on products damaged after receipt.
• In case of withdrawal, please send a written demand by e-mail.
• Refund is transferred to the client’s bank account within 30 days after the receipt of the returned product.
• Delivery fees are also refunded.
• Should the client return used items (in case of lingerie, adult accessories), lovesexshop.eu will not be refunding these items and will be sending it back to the client at the client’s cost.
• If upon receipt, the delivered item is defectous and the damage is proven to be incurred prior receipt, client has the right to return and exchange the item within 8 business days. The damage will be justified by the courrier company’s receipt report.
• In case of order cancellation before delivery or 15 days after receipt, bank transaction costs will be deducted from the refund, if client pre-paid or paid by debit/credit card.

4.2. Client bears all the costs incurring upon the return of the item.

4.3. Lovesexshop.eu reserves the right to only refund total client cost if the products is returned unopened and intact.

4.4. Should the client not receive an order confirmatory e-mail within 48 hours after ordering online, client is not obliged to buy the product or use the service.

4.5. The right of withdrawal is not applied on the following products/services: (Act of 17/1999. (II. 5.)

• Products made with client’s specifications (eg: personalized gifts with your family photos)
• Pre-booked hotel rooms for a specific period
• Plane ticket reservation, car rental, concert tickets, entrance fees
• Perishable food products
• Opened/used hygenic products, dietary supplements, vitamins, sexual accessories, cosmetics.
  

 
5.1. Purchasing at Love Sexshop.eu assumes that the client is aware of the opportunities and constraints of the internet, particularly with regards to technical performance and possible errors.

5.2. Love Sexshop.eu is by no means liable for the following:

• Information sent/received online

• Errors of the internet network perventing lovesexshop.eu from fully functioning.

• Reception errors

• Loss of mails (paper format or electronic) or any data

• Software erroros

• Unusual events, program errors, technical erros

5.9. Love Sexshop.eu can freely sue any person committing or tyring to commit fraud. Love Sexshop.eu is not liable to any fraud caused by third-party companies.

5.10. In case the Buyer does not respect the rules of lovesexshop.eu, his/her registration and purchase will be considered null and void, and the Buyer is not entitled to appeal against the decision.

Intellectual property rights

All the information appearing on lovesexshop.eu belongs to lovesexshop.eu. The content and design of the site are protected by international and European law. It is forbidden to sell/modify/publish any information/content of the site. All rights are reserved. Any disputes shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the European legal system, to which both parties submit.

Links pointing towards lovesexshop.eu can only be placed on any site/as a part of a site if the site’s owner has a written permission from lovesexshop.eu. Loveseshop.eu takes legal action against any harmful link, that might damage lovesexshop.eu’s reputation or interests.
